Engineering Energy explores how energy is created, used, and sold in our modern society. The electrical grid, mankind's greatest technical achievement, has lifted billions out of poverty and brings about unforeseen technological advances. What would happen if the electrical grid failed?

About Wyatt

I spent many years getting degrees in physics so you don't have to. I work as a nuclear engineer helping design the next generation of nuclear power plants at TerraPower. Engineering Energy is my space to share my studies thoughts about the electric grid and how we interact with it. Check out this post to get a taste of what the site is about.
